Xstrike, located in the heart of Al Qouz, is gearing up to officially reopen its doors to players on Thursday, 9th July. The entertainment hub was launched by “Immersive Experiences” in December 2019, a live combat experience that successfully bridges the gap between traditional paintball and laser-tag, now coming back bigger and better, with new and improved fields to guarantee an incredible experience for all players.

With the number one priority being the safety and health of the customers, the reopening comes following the application of extensive precautionary measures which include highlighted entry and exit points, sanitization tunnel and temperature check upon entry which is a key requirement for all players before entering the venue.

In addition, the team has taken all the necessary social distancing measures into account by placing floor stickers to help maintain safe distance, organizing the seating arrangements in the café with no more than 4 people allowed on one table, reducing the capacity in the facility and undergoing the ongoing sanitization of the fields, the armory gear, all equipment and touch screens after each session.

Boasting a whopping 31,000 square feet, Xstrike consists of two playing fields that closely mimic Hollywood style movie sets including authentic military-themed Base Camp, a mystical “Post-Apocalyptic City” and an “Abandoned Subway”, all based on an interwoven narrative with life-like stories. During closure period, the team has taken the opportunity to upgrade these fields and therefore raising the adrenaline-pumping atmosphere of a real-life battlefield.

The Xstrike team is excited to welcome back all players to enjoy the uniquely created missions and is offering a free scope upgrade for the first 100 players to test out their stealth skills and immerse themselves in an unforgettable experience. The team is also introducing customized gloves, complimentary with every session, to help players get a better grip of the weapons as they play.

Xstrike utilizes weapons systems and software from iCombat, a US based industry leader in live-action combat simulation experiences. Each player and teams’ performance throughout the game and after can easily be tracked and showcased on a leaderboard screen with a detailed set of statistics using cloud-based server ‘Barracks’. Players can also access statistics against fellow comrades worldwide, which contains more than 500,000 users across more than 65 countries.

Prices start from AED 89 – further information on packages can be found here: https://xstrike.com

Founded in 2019, Xstrike is the brainchild of Immersive Experiences and is now open in Al Quoz, Dubai. Xstrike provides customers with more than 25 different missions that they can embark on and brings to life the most famous shooter video games. It provides customers with the intense realism of a live combat environment and is the only facility that provides a benchmark for repeat customers looking to improve their overall standing against other players via pioneering software from iCombat called ICE.

Xstrike enters the region as a first, utilising technology which bridges the gap between traditional paintball and laser tag, and is the most realistic combat simulation platform available today. Customers can opt to use the “Combat Simulation” line of equipment that features and replicates the form and fit of the most well-known assault rifles in the world, used by combat personnel worldwide. While the main attraction is aimed at combat simulation enthusiasts (aged 12 and above) and individuals looking for a more true to life experience, Xstrike also offers a more conventional experience – the “Tactical Laser Tag” line of equipment; the Invictus and Hero Blast games, which cater to all ages.

The facility spans over two floors, and features fully themed environments that mimic Hollywood style movie sets and contain a labyrinth of corridors and rooms that open a number of strategic possibilities including a military base camp, post-apocalyptic city, abandoned subway and more.
