UAE Female Owned Start Ups and SMEs Battle to Win AED 700k Prize in New Competition

Female owned licenced start-ups and SME businesses in the UAE are invited to enter TTRajectory to win a prize worth AED 700,000 and a year of business support and marketing services to drive growth and revenue and take them to a new level of success in 2022.

TTrajectory has been created by female owned and operated independent marketing and communications  agency, TishTash, alongside agency friends and partnersBSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP law firm, Social Studio, Female Fusion Network, The Communication Works and Business expert and mentor Kelly Lundberg, all of whom are committed to supporting the SME and local business community of the UAE as seen with previous initiatives including SME Rise Collective, the award-winninginitiative that gave over 300 businesses marketing support during Covid.

According to recent figures by Department of Economic Development about 48% of SMEs are owned by women, and most of them are sole proprietors.  Yet whilst the number of female owned businesses is good, women in business still face many challenges including lack of access to funding despite their businesses being equally or more profitable than their male counterparts.

Applicants will be shortlisted to five companies who will be selected to go in front of a panel of leading business figures, entrepreneurs and experts in November 2021.   The finalists will pitch to an industry panel of experts and answer questions all hosted live.
