Mr. James explain about the Korean food history. Korea is located between the Chinese Mainland and the islands of Japan, and it therefore shares many cultural characteristics with the two countries. However, its unique climate and geography have also produced many differences. From generation to generation new taste and innovation are bringing Korean Food very delicious and healthy.

Since Korea is surrounded by Sea so more variety of food is based on sea food but rice is the main ingredient of most of their cussines .

Encompassing a wide range of temperate climates, The Korean Peninsula supports the growth of many cultivated and wild fruit species. Asian pears of numerous varieties, apples, melons and berries and more are typical of summer and fall produce.

The difference between chineses , Japanese and Korea Food is that Chinese are mostly fried , Japanese are Mild in taste but Korea are more healthy and tasty.
