When asked about her experience at the event, she shared “It’s our 2nd time representing Discover Moscow in a QnA event. After COVID-19, the travel and tourism industry has changed a lot. The intention of travelers has evolved, and they are looking for safety, human touch and exclusivity. It was very important for me to deal with new requests. QBLT provided us an insight on requests from agencies, and it helped us understand the market sentiments of GCC first-hand.
