In Dubai’s thriving luxury scene, Murat Tütüncü is making headlines with a transformative approach to hospitality. His rise from modest roots to the head of multi-million-dollar dining empires is reshaping the way the world experiences food and culture.

Murat’s career took flight in 2009 with the launch of Bosporus Dubai—a Turkish restaurant that quickly became a local sensation thanks to its five strategic locations, including Dubai Mall and Downtown Boulevard. Its appeal reached royal circles, and after being acquired by a member of Abu Dhabi’s royal family, Bosporus expanded globally to over 15 locations, including London.

In 2022, Murat launched Amaya Dubai, an innovative and AI-enhanced dining spot located in Dubai Mall. Known for its premium shisha, immersive ambiance, and the standout art installation “The Bear” by Joseph Klibansky, Amaya has fast become a favorite for celebrities and social media influencers.

Now supported by a team of 90 and a focus on digital integration, Amaya is set to expand further into Erbil and the GCC, with plans for two new restaurant concepts by 2025.

Murat’s outlook is clear: “I don’t believe in shortcuts. It’s about staying true to the vision, building a strong team, and never stopping.” Inspired by legendary figures like Steve Jobs and Elon Musk—and deeply influenced by his mother’s encouragement—Murat also credits sports as a source of his drive. “Sports give me balance—it’s my reset button,” he adds. His experience confirms that without loyalty and structure, success cannot be sustained.

As he gears up for the next phase with Amaya, Murat Tütüncü is focused on crafting brands that not only lead the market but also create a lasting legacy.
